Brie de Meaux Dongé- Hats off to our Gallic chums. This Famous French cheese is the finest Brie there is. Made with un pasteurized cow’s milk it has a smooth, runny texture, with a strong yet creamy taste.
Banon - A delicious little French Cheese wrapped in Chestnut leaves. The paste is white and slightly crumbly and the flavour is mild with a hint of sourness.
Dolcelatte approx - Meaning ‘sweet milk’, this luxurious blue veined cheese is very soft and melts in the mouth like ice-cream. It was invented to be gentler on the British palate than Gorgonzola.
