Blacksticks Blue - Made with milk from a pedigree herd. Its distinctive orange curd is smooth and moist with a tangy finish.
Quenby Hall Blue Stilton - One of the newest producers of Stilton although it is alleged to be one of the places that Stilton was originally produced commercially. This Stilton is mild and creamy with a smooth texture.
St Agur - A medium, strong blue cheese made from cows milk in Auvergne, France. This cheese has a very strong and spicy taste when ripens.
Oxford Blue - A very well made cheese. It has a soft and creamy curd (unusual in British Blues) and a full flavour. Awarded silver in the 2008 British Cheese Awards.
Mrs. Bell’s Blue - A full fat soft blue veined ewe’s milk cheese with a slightly peppery taste. When young it’s crumbly and has a dry texture, but as it matures it develops a rich creamy texture and a full robust flavour. Judy Bell of Shepherds Purse Creamery developed this cheese using traditional methods dating back to the eleventh century. Gold medal at the British Cheese awards and a Yorkshire Cheese. (Nothing but the best at Relish!)
